  • Cook with venison dishes, adding pitted prunes
  • Use in Trifle and Tiramisu desserts
  • Bake with traditional Cape Brandy Tart
  • Cook with chicken dish instead of sherry
  • Use with stewed fruit (1/2 cup)
  • Use Muscadel in chocolate sauce (delicious!)
  • Use in Coq au Vin (Fry caramelized onions with 2 teaspoons butter and 125ml Muscadel. Serve with Coq au Vin.)
